By booking with jacaranda Voyages, you agree that u had fully read, understood and accepted the below terms & conditions of traveling with us
Booking & payment
Online bookings are not possible on our website at this moment.
If you wish to book any of our published tours or customized ones, please send us a detailed email with the following information:
- Full name and nationality.
- The tour Name and date.
- Email and phone number.
You are expected to pay at least 35% of the tour fee 60 days prior to the departure date , (in addition to the charges for other special requests, if any, such us, and not limited to single room request, pre or post stay…
The full amount should be paid no later than 35 days before the tour departure date.
The Costs of payment (either transferred via bank – including charges for intermediary bank – or by direct money transfer) are not included in the tour price; all such costs shall be done entirely by the traveler.
We accept payments by wire transfer to our bank account.
Changes to your booking & Special requests
If you need to make any changes in your booking, please send us your request by email as soon as possible, and we will make our best to give a favorable reply to your request.
If changes are not possible, for whatever reason, you can proceed with your previous booking or cancel it according to the below cancellation policy.
If you have any special requests, we will be pleased to fulfill them to make your trip enjoyable.
Please let us know of any preferences that you might have while making the reservation.
Cancellation & Refund
In Case you wish to cancel your booked tour, Please inform us as soon as possible.
The cancellation charges depends on the number of days we have received your written cancellation notice prior the tour starting date.
The cancellation charges are as follow:
45-35 days before the tour departure: 35% of the total tour value
34-21 days before the tour departure: 75% of the total tour value
20-01 day before the tour departure: 100% of the total tour value
Jacaranda Voyages is not holding liability for any losses, injuries or delays during our trips.
Insurance is not included in our prices; however, we recommend that you have suitable travel insurance covering all your trip activities such as emergency airlift and medical insurance as well. Contact your insurance company to understand your coverage, as some policies do not include adventure travel or air transportation in case of unexpected emergencies.

Our objective is to:
- Deliver excellent services, by responding to our customer’s needs and requirements, in a timely, courteous manner.
- Resolve any issues to a high standard within set time scales.
- Listen to our customer’s requirements and comments to allow us to continually change and improve the services we provide.
We tailor and operate our tours with utmost care and attention, and we choose our partners very carefully.
In case of serious dissatisfaction, please contact immediately your guide/driver/hotel about your problem and they will do their possible to solve it, and let us know about it via email immediately (but no later than 15 days after finishing the tour) and attach a short description of the problem, the place and date.
Please, note that we always give a chance to our partners to tell their side of the story, so it might take us a bit longer (but no longer than 15 days) to answer your email.
Our tours Itineraries are correct at the time of printing. Our intention is to adhere to the routes described, however; it can be slightly modified if necessary.
Due to our style of travelling and weather conditions, travel can be modified. Thus a certain amount of flexibility is built in our itineraries in case it is necessary or desirable (for your safety) to make changes as circumstances vary. In addition, any travel times or distances given may be subject of change due to local circumstances.
The actual accommodation given for any destination may vary in certain cases due to local circumstances. However, we guarantee that you will have the same level of service as included in the itinerary.
We might be obliged to cancel your tour or trek due to unforeseen circumstances. In such case, we can schedule your tour for another date as you desire or, we will refund any sum paid by you, but we are not liable to pay any other compensations to you.
Unforeseen circumstances are for example: natural or nuclear disaster, war or threat of war, riot, terrorism, fire, adverse weather conditions and others…
Privacy & Confidentiality
We take full responsibility to make sure that proper security measures are in order to secure your private and confidential information.
The information collected form you will be used to make reservations with hotels and with any other third party in order to fulfill your travel requirements.
By making a booking with us, you consent to this information being passed onto the relevant persons.
